About Dr Latha Vijaybaskar

Dr Latha VijaybaskarA professional and academic communication specialist, Dr Latha Vijaybaskar works at the intersection between employee engagement and organizational communication. Through her Keynotes, coaching, workshops and writing, she reaches out to individuals and teams to increase their inspirational capacity, team engagement and productivity.

V.I.T.A.L Conversations™ is her proprietary methodology to communicate leadership and she has worked with individuals and Organizations in Real Estate, IT, Financial Sector, Retail and Academia.Latha is on a mission to create life-changing communication that every time a person speaks or writes, they have the power to shape thinking and inspire action.

Her recent book 21 Difficult Conversations – Tools to navigate your most important talk and master exactly what to say is both a bestseller and is used as a reference book in MBA colleges. As a coach, Latha works with both individuals and executive teams who have admitted to showing remarkable improvements in their engagement with peers and customers.

As visiting faculty at B-Schools in India, she teaches Organizational Behavior and Business Communications to the future managers and leaders.Academically Latha’s doctoral degree is in Organizational Communication with a research focus on the impact of Internal corporate communication on employee engagement. She has three masters degrees, one in Psychology, one in management and an M.Phil, but first – she is a bookworm. When not working you can find her amidst a lifetime collection of books with her nose buried in the pages.
